A fun and lively work, the spirit of Boundless is that of empowerment, exploration, and creativity. This work begins with sections of aleatory and textural exploration before resolving into a more structured and rhythmic celebratory conclusion.
Boundless was premiered in the Maureen Forrester Recital Hall at Wilfrd Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario in November 2012. This work was a winner in the 2013 ORMTA Music Writing Competition. |
